Navigating the education system can be daunting.  Elizabeth Hooper thoroughly understand policies and practices that regulate how schools function.

Working from a Family Systems (Turnbull, 2006) approach Ms. Hooper strives to understand the unique characteristics, priorities, and concerns of each family in order to best support student learning.  She aims to empower a family and student to understand their rights under federal, state, and local laws and effectively collaborate with school personnel to maximize learning opportunities.

Elizabeth Hooper's work is guided by the ethical principles and professional practice standards  established by the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC).
